Rodiny s malými dětmi Hong Kong, 30. dubna 2013	inconvenient location n below expectation internet access, big balcony n attentive staff 5,7 The hotel is located at the end of a very long road and is like deserted with no shop or restaurant nearby. Parking space is small, and it is definitely inconvenient if you do not have a car. That means you normally dont need to use the ferry tickets the hotel provides. Stuffy room and stinky air con. Breakfast is so simple that you would want to go somewhere else for your breakfast.

Rodiny s malými dětmi Netherlands, 1. dubna 2013	very pleasant!!! very nice staff people. close to Auckland but not in the center, we loved the ferry ride to the city which was free, nice quiet surroundings, washer and drier in the room, great kitchen 9,3 very pleasant and we would recommend it to anyone we know... we loved the location! we loved the free ride to the Auckland city, which was a part of the whole city experience... very nice and quiet at night, washer and drier in the room and detergent provided. Dishwasher in the kitchen which is very rare and detergent for hand washing and dish washing provided. Clean sheets, clean room, nice breakfast variety of foods - all in all a great place!!!

Páry Canada, 27. března 2013	This is a gem It's quiet; very comfortable; and very good value. 10 We were only able to stay for 2 nights; however, from check in to check out was a wonderful experience. We walked to the ferry terminal and crossed to Auckland using the free tickets from the hotel. We dined at the sunset lounge and thoroughly enjoyed the experience - well done Brian. On check out the manager was there to ensure that our stay had been satisfactory - what service. We recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to stay in the Auckland area.

Service, Cleanliness, restaurant views. 10 Brilliant hotel but exceptionally slow fast speed internet and the well publicized views were not visible from the room we were allocated.(Neighbors back garden). Also our room did not have a balcony or wide opening windows as we were led to believe via the internet photos.
