Páry New Zealand, 22. dubna 2013	spacious, fantastic views, great location The large modern living area with gas fire, superb lake views with huge floor to ceiling windows and large deck with table and chairs, just a 5 min walk to shopping and restaurants along the lake 8,3 We had a very enjoyable stay. Very clean, large modern living area and kitchen. The daily servicing was great. Our only complaint with the suite would be the very small bathroom with a shower over an extremely deep bath that was hard to climb in and out of. Would not be suitable for older travelers. Having to pay $18 a day for Wifi left a bad taste with us also the Sky reception was intermittent.

Staff even stored our bags while we hiked and already had them in our room when we returned. They also made excellent restaurant suggestions.

The staff is great. We got excellent restaurant recommendations. The best thing was we stayed there before and after our treks and not only did they store our bags but they were already in our new room after the hike. Very nice to arrive tired and not have to search for our bags. We had a large room with a view of the lake. We would stay here again.

Páry Australia, 15. února 2013	Staff let down the beautiful hotel Location 6,3 Hotel less than 500m from town , which is enough to escape the action at end of day but not too much you don't feel comfortable walking. Room and view were perfect, hotel uses the levels up the hillside well. Loved the courtyard level. Met 3 staff whilst there, one was great offering lots of help. The other two staff didn't communicate we'll, were rude on numerous occasions, and left us feeling unhappy with the whole experience Restaurant Tip: Skyline restaurant , beautiful buffet with spectacular views and bonus gondola ride up to it

We ordered highfloor, and got an amazing lakeview! The apartment is very modern with gas fireplace, widescreen and design. You don't need to bring anything exept of your clothes. Queenstown is also a very beautiful place, with a lot to do in every season for familys with older children. In summertime, it's lovely sitting on the huge terrace, drinking local wine and enjoy the view. We can highly recommend this hotel. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: You have to do Jetboating on the river! It's really a adrenalin kick, and a nice thing to do with your children. We loved it!

I have now stayed twice over the years at Peppers, and I now know I would never stay in any other place in Queenstown other than Peppers, it offers everything you ever need. Having your own kitchen, and private fire place is a massive bonus, and some nights you don't need to go out at all, if fact you don't want to. Hotel Feature Tip: Take lake view rooms, second level.
