My family and I recently stayed at Azalea by Stone Wood, and we had an amazing experience. The ambiance of the hotel was truly relaxing and welcoming. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and offered a lovely view of the swimming pool from our balcony a perfect start and end to each day. The swimming pool itself was well-maintained and added to the charm of the place. We were served breakfast in the morning, and it was fresh and tasty. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Staff were very courteous. I liked their way to respond and politeness. Food quality was good. Cons: For a hotel categorized as premium, cleanliness was not up to the mark. In my 5-day stay, the room was cleaned only once—and that too after requesting. Washroom cleanliness was below expectations. Tiles had a yellow tint and overall hygiene felt average. On check-in, bed linens were not properly cleaned—pillow covers had a human smell and even hair on them. Wi-Fi did not reach my room (Room No. 111). The Wi-Fi list wasn’t even showing up, so despite receiving a free coupon, it was useless. Swimming pool was not clean, and the shower facility was not working. Suggestion: Swimming pool stairs did not have a railing, which felt unsafe. It can be fixed .

I had an incredible stay at this resort, which is just 500 meters from the beautiful Zalor beach. The rooms are spacious, immaculate, and offer a stunning view of the pool. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged, and it’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority. The pool area is equally beautiful, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast spread was absolutely scrumptious, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. But what really stood out was the exceptional staff and the entire team of the GM Sudheeya Shetty. The girl at the front desk made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and the rest of the team was always on their toes, eager to help with anything we needed. Their "never say no" attitude truly made the experience unforgettable. The resort also offers convenient parking and a wonderful on-site restaurant that serves mouthwatering food. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable family getaway!
