my friend and i booked to this resort because we wanted to see this more authentic floating market. When we arrived we were upgraded to riverfront villa with a beautiful view on the river. They welcomed us with a basket full of delicious fresh fruits The breakfast is typical thai breakfast (soup) which we appreciated. While we were there we were the only non thai tourist. The staff were exceptional and always smiling. Even if they dont speak english they will try everything they can to help you. We went to the floating market and we crossed like occidental tourists and over thousand thai tourists. people were asking us if they could take pictures with us which I found amusing.

Bad location insect, friendly staf”

Relax smile is located around 18 km from the floating market. No taxi driver was able to bring us there. A family took us to the resort. However nobody was there. The staf was not knowing we booked. Afterall staff was friendly and the bungalows are nice. However, we had a lot of insects inside.

Very relaxing but hard to find and breakfast poor”

Resort very hard to find and if you haven't got a car, then it is not for you. No English is spoken and although very nice lady, this is for Thai speaking guests only. Not a single English channel on TV although 300 channels. Being rural there are many ants that might be a small problem. No wardrobe or clothes storage in our chalet. Shower was badly designed so we had to walk on wet floor to get to toilet or handbasin. Beautiful location which was unspoilt by other guests, and if you have knowledge of the area, some wonderful ways to spend a couple of days

okay when you can't find anywhere else”

The room was small, with the bathroom being larger than usual. but the floor of the bathroom was not slanted well, so we got minor flooding on the toilet side of the bathroom. breakfast wasn't great - too many flies flying around. the food was so-so. No refrigerator, window wasn't tightly closed. The staff was friendly though.

Great Villas but hard to find”

It was a bit hard to find but once found had a good stay. Is about 15-20 minutes from Aphawa Floating Market. Is quiet and peaceful villas. Clean and breakfast was Thai but good. Older woman runs and is very kind.

the room is not too bad, clean and the location is a bit far from float market thus you need to have own car.

Could be better...”

Acceptable location despite some difficulties to find the place as the google location map from Agoda.com was wrong. (10 km in difference). Lack of facilities, like no food available, Wifi, soap, toilet paper,, etc. Maybe due to the non season period?

Unfriendly owner, I would not recommend. ”

I had a pretty bad check-in experience, they spoke no English and the owner was not customer friendly at all. My deluxe room had wood windows and doors, I cut my finger trying to open the metal window lock. Garden is infested with mosquitos and fruit flies due to rotting fruits and stagnant water. Wood window with no mosquito net is not a good thing at this place. In Agoda photos all the wood window panels are opened, no glass and no mosquito net. Practically you sit in your room with all windows closed and use the lights all the time, like a prison. I requested a room with real glass windows, not just wood. Owner refused, they asked extra money to give me another room. I don't recommend this place because I felt the owner was not friendly.

Bungalows dans un jardin”

le libellé de l'adresse portant à confusion, nous nous sommes trompés de ville. Nous nous sommes donc rendu à l'hôpital pour y trouver un interlocuteur parlant l'anglais, au bout d'un certain temps, quelqu'un a fait appel à un moto taxi qui nous a ouvert la route... Après quelques détours nous sommes arrivés au Relax (pas très relaxes), délesté de THB200 par le moto taxi (qui n'avait pas volé son argent, mais qui a d'autant augmenté le prix de la chambre). Aucune indication sur la route, juste un tout petit panneau à l'entrée de l'hôtel. La patronne de l'endroit nous a accueilli fort gentiment et nous a même accompagné jusqu'au marché flottant de Amphawa. Bref, rien à redire sur l'hôtel en lui-même mais beaucoup plus sur Agoda.

ครั้งนี้ไม่แนะนำ เพราะจ่ายเท่าเดิมและได้ห้องเล็กกว่า และไม่เป็นส่วนตัว ที่เลือกกลับมาพักครั้งนี้อีกเนื่องจาก ครั้งที่แล้วประทับใจกับที่พักและการให้บริการ ซึ่งแตกต่างจากครั้งนี้มาก แถมพนักงานยังมาโกหกลูกค้าอีก ครั้งนี้เสียความรู้สึกมาก เลยขอไม่แนะนำต่อ
