"Probably one of the best hotels I may have stayed in India. Being a Private Jet Pilot, I get to spend most of my life staying at absolute pearlers around the globe and honestly this would stack-up really well, against any one of them. The staff are incredibly well trained in not only their own skills but also Customer service. Whether that be Surendra and Subhlakshmi from Housekeeping to Rimakshi and Sahitya working in one of the restaurants - Once upon a time to Managers in Divya, Sagar Chitrangan, Niranjan to F&B Manager Mr. Chiranjib. Every single one of them went out of their way to not only cater to my needs during my stay, but also to remember the guests that I had over to serve them with equal care. This is the first time I have stayed in a local 5 star in any country, given we get to spend most of our stays in Marriott(s) and Ritz, but this would stack up against any one of them. Sterling Effort Guys, Keep it up !! IMPRESSED!!"

"I was there last year with friends. This was a pleasure trip and we wanted to visit many places in Hyderabad. The hotel is just next to the old airport and is close to most places that we wanted to see. The lake is 20min drive from hotel. Staff were friendly and the food is good too. The rooms were small and not so comfortable. In my opinion this hotel is a 3-star. Value for Money,"
