"We were happy with our stay at the Twin Lotus. It is the best hotel that we could find in Nakhon si Thammarat and the price is very reasonable for what you get. The staff are very kind and hospitable. It is out of town so it takes time to get any where. The hotel has a pretty good nightlife with a karaoke bar, ice cream parlour, and restaurant on the bottom floor."

"had a wonderful two night stay. although it is clear you are in thailand, this resort surpassed my expectations. we arrived on bicycles and one of is had a little mechanical hiccup. a driver was arranged to drive him 150km round trip instantly. the restaurant food was incredible, although they don't really understand the idea of a 'tasting menu' and treat it more like a 'set menu' it was incredibly delicious. the drinks are perhaps a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. there are alternate options within easy reach but as an overall experience it was the best resort i've seen for a lng time. interesting architecture, friendly staff, endless clean sand beach, no crowds, no drunks, no noise, great ambience. some little hiccups in the room perhaps, like ill fitting sink plug, but nothing to detract from a perfect stay. the wifi wasn't working very well in the room, but it did elsewhere!"

"Stayed there 2 nights with my better half. We got room on the 15th floor with beautiful wiew over Nakhon Si Thammarat. The room was rather small but everything inside was of high standard, great bed, enough pillows and good WiFi. Only thing I can complain about is that there were no electric outlets on either side of the bed so phones and tablets had to be charged on the table on the other side of the room. Breakfast was rather normal buffet, very good but no wow factor. The only bad thing I can say about our stay was the Mosquito problem. The hallway on the 15th floor was full of them and every time we opened the door some would slip in to the room. Also a big problem at the swimming pool. We went for a short dip around 7PM and got over 15 bites in the short time it took us to dry ourself after we got out of the pool. In my travels around Thailand for the past 26 years I have never seen so much Mosquito problem in any hotel I have stayed at, management should look into this."

"This very quiet Beach Resort is far away from the crowds, very quiet, no loud parties, no backpackers and a good Value. This is not the cheapest place in Thailand, but it is a good value. THe restaurant has great Thai food, and is fairly priced for what is offered (again, not a cheap-o place). This is not a party zone, and if you are into the backpack party tattoo scene, it is not for you. "

"We stayed here a few times. The hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are in generous size for twin bed rooms, double room are smaller but sufficient. The hotel situated in a good location near a big super market, Tesco Lotus. There are also a few connivence stores around the hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly. There are no gym or swimming pool facilities as such but we can walk to Twin Lotus Hotel and use there facilities at a marginal price. Would recommend this hotel if you travelling to Nakhon Si Thammarat. "
