Find Hotels in Nonthaburi, Thailand

This is without doubts a very nice condominium, in a beautiful garden with a swimming pool , a terrace on the river, and a good restaurant. The quality of the rooms is good, very comfortable and could be a choice also for a honeymoon travel. The maid cleans the rooms everyday, the receptionists speak fluent english, and the technicians are available 24 hours. There is a broadband internet connection that costs 300 baht/day, but you gotta have your own laptop. The location is beautiful, because it is right on the dock of the river. But it is kinda isolated... you can walk to a 7/11, but for anything else you gotta take a taxi. In the night the main street outside the property is deserted, so you won't enjoy having a walk outside. The hotel is located on the border of Nonthaburi town and bangkok town, and by taxi you can reach the skytrain station of Mo-Chit in 10 minutes,, if there is not traffic. Otherwise it can take 30 minutes in the traffic. Anyway, if you don't have problems of being in time for meetings, and if you usually don't like walking around your hotel and exploring the neighborhood, this could be a very good choice. Great choice, actually, for a family and for a long stay, or for a couple in honeymoon.

I am a repeat customer at hotel Mida Ngamwongwan, Nonthaburi. Staff and management are very helpful. Excellent value for money. Close to most Ministries of the Government of Thailand. Very convenient for business meetings, permit applications, etc. The Mall on Ngamwongwan road is nearby for restaurants, shopping, banking, etc. L'Esplanade plaza is also nearby for Cinema and shopping. At night many street food carts for tasty snacks from food carts. Nonthaburi is a wonderful area for the business traveler like me. The hotel, located in Nonthaburi, was pretty far out from the city, which I didn't fully realize when I booked it. Otherwise, it was a good, clean hotel, with beautiful wood and a rich feeling, friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast. For some reason, my computer couldn't connect to the internet. But perhaps if I had taken it downstairs, the staff may have been able to fix it, I don't know.

For people who spend most of their time in the city, like us, Ruen Pruksa 2 is a wonderfully relaxing escape....plush tropical foliage, lily and bulrush ponds and securely hidden from the clutter, noise and pollution of urban life. I rated the food as 4 which would breakdown as 5 for Thai and 2 for American breakfast (cold fried eggs with 2 small wieners). Location got a 4 since the fact that it is well hidden from hectic urban life is both a plus and a minus....plus for relaxing but difficult to find. On getting off the bus from Chiang Mai our first cabby gave up trying to find it after about 30 minutes... the next cabby finally found it after another hour and 40 minutes. The resort management needs to find a way to make it easier to find....or people will give up trying. All in all, a great place to relax...if you can find it.

I've stayed at this hotel before. Last time I booked the junior suite but this time just a double room. The accomodation is fine but the hotel is looking a bit dated with it's interior finishing. But - well I said it all really didn't I? You don't go back to a hotel unless you like it, and I did. Staff are good, and so is the restaurant which is open for lunches and dinner too.

Villas are nice (reproduction-Thai-houses) standing around a big pond (unfortunately covered with algae). Main road in front of villa is under prolonged construction; hence noisy & dusty during daytime otherwise it could be a pleasure stay. Guest(s) gets a whole villa. Our villa has teakwood bathtube downstairs: nice touch. Ensuit shower upstairs really needs shower curtain/partition as water splashes everywhere, even on toilet pot. As wooden house, there are many gaps for mosquitoes to sneak in. The net is provided above bed (as in photo), but can be unpleasant sitting at night. For us, we survived. TV: plenty international channels. Resort Staffs: very friendly, helpful, but don't expect good English. They however will do extra miles to make your stay pleasant. Food: very good Thai dishes, especially fish. Water: extreme overpriced – costs 5 times more than in supermarket). We learned from internet that breakfast served at villa was nice, so we tried. Very dissapointed: each guest gets 1 (uncooked) fried egg, 2-3 pieces of hotdogs, hams, 2 toasts, half cup tasteless coffee, 1 juice that's all! Next day we tried breakfast at the restaurant, nothing change: dried plain omelet, with 2 toasts, no bacon/ham, 1 cup of coffee, 1 juice. If we want more coffee/juice, we must pay extra. I never see any Thai 3-5 stars- hotels offer room including breakfast serve guest only 1 coffee, 1 juice & unadequate hot plate before!

We hot the room not same the web. We look for bathub and we can’t get unless we have to up price. The room quite less information and the various type, we quiet dispoint that we look information in agoda and the result is different. The owner and staff are excellent but still didn’t get to the point that we would tell. I didn’t see durian that she told. The room is comfortable and the breakfast are great. Becareful many giant mosquitoes at night.

We were looking for a place to stay at Nonthaburi. This place is only place that look ok. But actually this was the best! Once we step in, welcome dink was served. The room was clean and cozy. Snack in room are provided for free. It’s a half hotel, half apartment but they separate floors. The hi-light was breakfast. They serve until you full. You can choose your main dish since you check in. And they serve fruit and Kha-nom-kock. We spent an hour for breakfast and looking at river view. It was the best moment to relax.
