Perfect Location ”

I am glad i chose Cosi for a few first nights in Samui. The location is a dream right next to big shopping Mall and main street where you just step out to the left and everything are there:foods/bars/shops/massages/entertainment...you name it.. Also Cosi is not too far from the tourist spots like Big Buddha Temple/Wat Plai Laem/the Jungle Club.. Overall Pro: location/very nice staffs/price are totally affordable/nice clean room.. Con: I stayed on floor 1 (downstairs from the reception) and i can hear the live music from the night market quite clear,like you have a neighbor singing karaoke upstairs till midnight.So if you are not a person with noise please ask for room on top or so. Also my bathroom have a bit of sewer smell came out once a while even though its very new and clean. There are no telephone in the room so if you need anything you can’t just call from your room. But overall I highly recommend Cosi for your first Samui trip if you like to be at the center of everything with affordable pricing and a cosi clean room (sewer smell need to go) and very Nice Staffs. Brilliant stay at COSI Samui”

The hotel room itself was very similar to the likes of Premier Inn within the United Kingdom, basic, well maintained and clean! The room can not be faulted, air conditioning worked very well, shower was good and has an in-room safe! The only slight downside of this accommodation is there are no sun loungers by the pool, however the hotel is walking distance to Chewang Beach where you can sit on a sun lounger free of charge as long as you purchase a drink from the beach club! COSI rooftop pool provided a brilliant setting to watch the sunset at nights! I would recommend the hotel to anyone heading to Koh Samui due to the great value for money this provides!

Super clean and modern Hotel”

It was my second time at COSI Samui and i really like the whole concept of the COSI Hotels. Of course you cannot expect Seaview or a nice breakfast buffet. The location of COSI is perfect hidden behind Central Festival, access to beach is easy by walking. Reception is open 24hours, so if you need to book a Taxi, Check in late or need anything else, they're super friendly and help you anytime. Keep in mind you need to ask for hairdryer at the reception if you need one. : ) I can recommend this hotel to couples, friends and solo travellers if you want some new modern and clean hotel. It's not the cheapest, but it's brand new without any flaws. It's the perfect hotel after a long flight from another country for the first nights in Thailand. : )

If your stay at Koh Samui is only for a short period of time, of your whole vacation, do yourself a favor and stay at Cosi! It is centrally located, clean and modern, nice rooftop swimming pool and "bar" (vending machine, but with a lot of options). GREAT wifi, and overall a great room with a lot of space. ONLY negative is that the beach is SO close, but getting there is so hard, since all of the resorts are blocking the way to the beach, and you are not allowed to go through them. - but there is an empty lot a little bit further down on the road, where you can go through. Notice that this area is SO touristy though. It opens for a lot of restaurants opportunities, but also overpriced stuff.

It's just inside Central Festival Samui area. Car park is used together but it's always available to park near hotel gate at backside. Good for people who like shopping and looking for food at lunch or dinner ( restaurants at shopping mall is closed in the morning). Hotel is closed to Chaweng beach and it's western-style area. For Thai people, they can also stay here and go out for Thai food in closed area. Room is small but enough to stay for couple. It's a good place if you like convenience.

For my opinion- it’s the best hotel in Koh Samui. Staff were very nice. Location super central. The vouchers’s idea was very nice. Liked to chill on the pool-floor. Recommend to ask a room on a high floor because the hotel stands in a shopping mall and the lowest rooms are close to the parking plot. Everything was great and for sure will be back to COSI again on my next travel.

Great location overall loved our stay”

Loved this place for the price we paid! It took us like 10mintues to get to our room which was annoying. Having to go through 4 buildings, 3 different lifts was a bit much especially if you left something behind and had to go back! But it was clean, newish and modern. Hallways stunk like mouldy water so carpets need to be replaced but all of this was a good toss off for the price compared to other properties in Koh Samui. Close to the beach and connected to an awesome shopping centre, pretty much walking distance to everything. We left coins on our table and the cleaners took it thinking it was a tip even though I had the do not disturb sign on and didn't want my room cleaned so that was annoying. It was at least $5 AUD as well so beware of leaving valuables behind as they come in your room even if you do not want them too. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you're happy with above issues.

Great Loaction ”

If you are tired of staying at the beachside resort and wanted a hotel which is close to Chaweng Beach downtown, I would highly recommended to stay at the Cosi. The hotel is newly open so the facility is still new but don’t expect too much for the in-room amenities. Actually there weren’t any in-room amenities pre-set in room so you need to bring your own, but the upside is the hotel location is right behind Central Festival and plenty of restaurants and spas to choose from.

No complaints :) , the front desk girls in the morning , evening and night all were so helpful and always smiling , they gave me a early check inn too , thank you for having me definitely gonna come back again :) and don’t forget the roof top pool .thank you cosi samui beach hotel of making my holidays worth it .

Really good! ”

We were so happy with COSI Samui, the bed was the most comfortable that we have had in all of Thailand. It was so modern, the WiFi was amazing throughout the hotel, the location was super central. They even give you a 200 baht credit each every morning so you can have breakfast at the cafe! The only thing I will mention is our room was right next to the car park for the mall so it was a bit noisy until about 11pm BUT that wouldn’t stope me stay

Would stay again”

Great hotel right next to the Central festival shopping centre. Great facilities, lovely swimming pool and an area to do your own laundry at such a cheap price. Helpful staff. 5 min walk to the beach too. People saying the lay out is confusing - the first day you may get a little lost but after that we were fine!(just read the signs, that’s what they’re there for) would 100% stay again!! Ps- try the paddle boarding with Sup School Samui, it’s great fun and you get discount if staying at this hotel!

Everything is fine”

Checkin was smooth. The room is very new and clean. Room is very well designed for usefulness. For breakfast, you will be given 200 THB voucher and you choose what you eat. The hotel is a part of Central Festival Samui. The parking is shared to the mall. So plenty of parking space. Only 2 minor problems for us. The air-con in the room is slow you have to let it work for a while until you get the cool. The room is not sound proof. You can hear the noise easily from inside the room but acceptable. Great stay, great service and friendly staff.

Excellent Location”

This hotel is located in the only biggest shopping mall in Koh Samui. Staff are friendly and rooms comfortable. The only disappointment is, there is not toiletry amenities in the bathroom. Also the design of the hotel is quite usual that I have to take a lift down to my room after walking some distance at the lower ground floor. Other than this, still a good place to stay.

Amazing modern hotel”

This is not the most luxurious hotel you will see in koh samui but it is defiantly worth it's price. We enjoied our stay very much.

Modern, Clean, Accessible, Located in the middle of everything. ”

The hotel was located just next to Central Festival Shopping Mall. Access to many restaurants, shops, spas and all other services. Perfect place to stay if you want access to all attractions. This hotel is located in the busiest area of Samui, so if you are looking for peace and quiet maybe this hotel is not for you. But there is a great swimming pool on the top floor. We loved our stay.

Perfect Place to Stay!!”

COSI was a stylish, modern hotel perfectly located in Chaweng, away from the noise but within a stones throw of the shopping complex, restaurants and beach. The roof top pool was a refreshing bonus too.

Good location at the Central of Chaweng Beach Road”

Convenient place to stay located behind Central Plaza close to shops, massages, restaurants and pharmacy (but not the beach, only about 10 mins walk anyway). Staffs are very helpful. Overall a good value of money place to stay in Samui.

Cheap and decent”

We decided to stay at COSI due to location and cost. The hotel room was bright, clean and good value for what was paid. Issues we experienced was that the doors are not soundproof so a great deal of noise was heard when late night partners and early airline staff were arriving or leaving. The bathroom shower had a great deal of soap scum build up on the bottom, however the staff cleaned our room and gave fresh towels daily even is all that was needed was a water refill. The front counter staff was rude and overworked no matter what time of day we were there, and their water is excessively over priced. Having the strip mall and main shopping area next to the hotel was very convenient.

Awesome experience at Cosi”

Great location with many restaurants located around. Walkable distance to Chaweng beach. Love the simple and modern design of the room, and the breakfast options as well. Great service by the staff. Highly recommended and will come back again!

I can recommend it fully! Nice, modern, staff friendly hotel. Definetly 30seconds from big mall and crowded chaweng street. Lot of shops,restaurants near. Beach is little bit hard to access from hotel, but for the price, great value!
