There is an elevator on the pedestrian bridge for passengers with luggage. Service: The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby is located on the 13th floor. Tea and coffee are provided for guests to bring back to their rooms. Luggage storage is available before and after check-in. Dining: There is a 7-11 on the first floor and a Lawson nearby. There is also a Youme supermarket (9:00-24:00) nearby, where you can find everything you need. If you didn't book breakfast, you can easily buy something from this supermarket. You can also visit the food court in the station to buy bento boxes, souvenirs, and snacks. Accommodation: The rooms are clean and tidy, with good soundproofing. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable. The room temperature is adjustable, and the heating is sufficient. The rooms are spacious for a business hotel. The bathroom has a bathtub, separate shower area, strong water pressure, and hot water. The hairdryer is not wall-mounted. There is also conditioner provided, which is convenient for girls. During my two-day stay, I requested not to have the room cleaned (indicated by a magnet on the door), but the hotel still provided a new set of toiletries (toothbrush, bath brush, comb, etc.) and towels. They also provided two sets of relaxation time and steam eye masks, which was very thoughtful. There is a laundry room where you can do your laundry, and you can check the availability of the laundry room on the TV. Very convenient! Highly recommended to everyone!

This was my first stay, and it was a very satisfying experience. The location was great, and the facilities were new and functional. The staff were wonderful and there were no noises from neighboring rooms, so I was able to have a comfortable stay. The breakfast on the spacious top floor was delicious, and even though I initially booked without breakfast, I ended up having it for both days. The staff were energetic and helpful from early in the morning, which was great. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Great hotel near Hiroshima station”
I stayed 5 nights at this hotel with my wife. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Hiroshima station. You can catch the limousine bus from the airport and it will drop you at the station. Get the same bus to return to the airport as well. The hotel room was very spacious and clean. Nice bathroom with seperate toilet, shower and bathtub. Check in is on the 13th floor. Free amenities can be found on this floor as well. Breakfast at the hotel is located on the top floor and was very nice with a good variety of foods to cater for most tastes. There is a convenience store located on the ground floor, with a couple of other dinning options near the entrance of the hotel. But if you want more variety then I recommend you head over to Hiroshima station where you will find a large number of restaurants and shops with all sorts of delicious sweets and gourmet foods. There's also a supermarket located at the train station with plenty of fresh fruit and other products. If you're wanting to visit the Atomic bomb dome, the Peace memorial museum or Hiroshima castle, then you can easily catch the bus, tram or train from Hiroshima station. We loved Hiroshima and are planning another trip back with our kids next time and will consider staying at Daiwa Roynet Hotel again.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent in every way. The location was perfect! A 5 minute walk away from Hiroshima train station, making it very convenient for travelers with oversize luggage. The Shinkansen is connected to the station and it make our commute to Osaka very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with our room and the common areas being spotless. The facilities provided were also fantastic, including a hot water supply that was reliable and consistent throughout our stay. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. Additionally, there were plenty of shopping options nearby, making it easy to find anything we needed. The transport links were excellent (make sure to use the trams), allowing us to easily access various attractions in the city (e.g. atomic dome). Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and exceptional service.

We highly recommend this hotel in Hiroshima. The location is excellent as it is near the hiroshima station, which enabled us to access many tourist spots. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel, convenient stores and supermarket nearby. The hotel is clean with polite staff. We had a wonderful experience overall.
