    “Booking issue and staff very unprofessional ”

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Absolutely terrible experience. We booked the villa in advance, but upon arrival, we were denied entry without any valid reason. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional when we tried to clarify the situation. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable—hospitality was nonexistent. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free stay. Avoid at all costs.

    “Not clean”

    Bedsheets not clean. All over hairs. Swimming pool water not changed. It was dirty. Blankets were unwashed. AC remotes were not working Projector shown while booking wasn’t available. Few items in the food were not served despite they were booked and paid. Open kitchen and all cooking smell was all over making the stay unpleasant. Furniture was shabby. No toiletries were available. Kids enjoyed Table Tennis. That was the only good part. Whatever food was served was good in taste.
