Better Than Before”

I have been staying here for a couple of times and notice that they actually listen to guest previous comments. Previously I mentioned about bad odour coming from the sink hole in the bathroom. This time I didn't notice any bad odour and my mom told me that she saw something red color in the sink hole which was most likely what neutralized the bad smell. Also cleanliness have improved too as we hardly find any dust in the unit that we stayed in. Overall it was a really pleasant stay.

Excellent stay at Fraser Suites”

We stayed at Fraser Suites for one night only. And booked two bedroom suite. Surprisingly, we were upgraded to two bedroom executive suites. The room is very spacious and well decorated. Also there were two bathroom and one kitchen with full kitchen utensils. We totally satisfied with the hotel service, facilities and staff assistance. Most importantly, the suite sound-proof was perfect even we stayed at 8th floor. We will definitely come back again and recommend our family and friends to book this hotel if they plan to travel Guangzhou.

only 2 mins to subway station walk through the special shortcut lane to the mall and subway station hotel surrounded many shop of fnb and convenient store 5mins to few big shopping mall there have lots of brand to buy such as YSL , FILA , CK and etc For me , this hotel value of money to stay .

The location is perfect. It's on top of metro and shopping mall. We can dine and shop at One Link Walk and Taikoo Hui. The hotel is quiet. Our children enjoyed free computer and golf simulator. We also like TWG tea bags inside bedroom. The Hansgrohe overhead rain shower is very comfortable. Highly recommended.

good hotel at very good location”

I have free up grade from studio to 1 bed room. All room is clean, comfortable and up to date. Metro is just below the hotel. Shopping mall and eating place are all close to hotel

Nice Service Apartment”

Location is 5 star. Connected to a mall and Shipaqiao station. Take metro from Airport to Shipaqiao station at RMB4 only. And the hotel is just right up on the 1st floor of the mall. Clean and spacious room with kitchen utensils. I like the washer/dryer machine in the room which is good for long stay travelers.
