We stayed only for one night and thought it was a great little spot.”
It wasn't a huge room, but along with the bed there was a table and two chairs which was really nice. We also appreciated that the AC stayed on when we left the room so when we returned it was nice and cool at our desired temperature. It's not luxurious by any regard but perfect for the budget traveler who wants their own room and bathroom.

The hotel is very cozy and in a very quiet neighborhood. The location is also nice if you want to visit Miyajima or The Atomic Domb. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

Freezing cold in winter”
If travelling in winter, I do not recommend. I slept with a duvet, two fleece blankets, long underwear, Panama pants, two shirts, and a sweater, just to stay warm. Otherwise it was fine. There is nothing particularly special about this place but it checks all the boxes for a place that's relatively cheap but is a private room and bathroom. Rooms are small but clean. There is a table. TV is at an awkward angle though. Location is not too bad: If you like walking you can walk to major attractions, or just to the train station and take trams and busses. There is also a bus to the property. If you're not rushed, the location isn't too inconvenient.

No towels, no glasses, no kettle, no tea/coffee. This is not what I paid for”
You have to provide towels. This is imperative. Glasses for brushing teeth is also necessary. Most hotels also provide a kettle and tea (just one). Didn’t think the cost of the room, compared to other hotels in Japan, was good considering the lack of basic items.

Staff is nice. The hostel is not central and local transport is not very efficient (especially at night), residential neighbourhood. No lift.

【注意】金額見落としを期待したかのような料金表示”
agoda料金はサービス料含め1,801円でしたが Cleaning feeと称し別途3,000円加算され合計4,800円請求されました。驚いて宿泊内容を再度照会したところ小さな字でこの件が記載されていました。私も見落とした落ち度は有りますが、このような不明瞭な表示をする宿泊施設は初めてでしたし何だか腑に落ちません。内容から1,800円なら妥当な料金と思いますが、4,800円は有り得ず、普通のホテルにした方が良いです。更にこちらは電話番号は有っても全く出ないようです。ここには二度と宿泊する事は有りませんし、同様の感想が他の人からも寄せられているようです。 これから検討される方は表記熟読されたが良いと思います。

金額の表示が分かりずらかったです。 自分の不注意ですが表示価格と別に別途清掃費として3000円請求されます。 二倍以上金額が変わってなんか腑に落ちませんでした。 気になってアゴダに問い合わせましたが繋がっても切られ、、 宿泊施設に直接メールを返したらスタッフの方から返答いただきました。 スタッフの対応は良かったのです。 ただ、今後表示される価格にも清掃費も含めて表示してほしいと思いました。 泊まられる方はちゃんと見た方がいいかもです。

きれいに清掃はされているけど、セキュリティ面で心配。毎回パスワード変えてるのかな？ 立地はいいですし、近くのパーキングも安い。コンビニも近いし、よいとおもいます。
