Westin would have been a better choice”
Location wise, Westin would have been a better choice in regard to LOCATION. I wish I had spent more time even though I'm a "Hilton" person. Everything else was superb.

Everything is perfect, Location Tian He areamain street just a walking distance to Po Park Mall, Check in and check out very fast, but they don't give me any Hilton Honour point because I didn't book from Hilton website. Room are big and clean.

MY TOP CHOICE IN GZ”
The room is spacious, window view is nice, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is great. The only set back I encountered is early check-in is not arranged according my prior request. But, nevertheless, this is still my favourite hotel in GZ.

We were very impressed with the service rendered by a staff by the name "Lisa". She worked at the second floor restaurant during breakfast time. We saw how tolerant and tactful she was in handling an irate passenger who claimed to have found some foreign object in his meal. She bent backward to get freshly squeezed fruit juice for us and left words with her colleagues to attend to this special request of us on subsequent days when she had her days off. She did this without prompt and we could see, cheerfully. All the staff who worked in the executive lounge on 24th floor had also left lasting impression. It is this kind of service we had received that make us think highly of Hilton Giangzhou.

Amazingly value for money”
The price you are paying for a Hilton stay is simply amazing! The building is very beautiful and new. Room is very big too. It was such a pleasure to have this stay. Very close to Guangzhou East Railway which is great if you are heading to cities like Shenzhen. But not walking distance to the metro station. Nonetheless, didi and taxis are very convenient.

The hotel is near the Guangzhou East Railway station, which is around 10 mins walk. And the staff are very friend and can speak simple english too. They even serve me hot ginger tea because of the coldness during my stay. Highly recommended.

Check in was fast at the lobby and very organized. There was one local or mainlander guest who was shouting at the top of her lungs but still the hotel staff remained cool and accommodating which is very good.. We chose executive rooms bec they offered afternoon snacks, cocktails and breakfast too! Staff at the executive lounge were superb! Food were delicious too! Major plus when they offered us a 4pm late check out! Thanks so much Ms. Summer & Ms. Cici for the awesome experience.. will surely be back!

Great Hilton hotel near Guangzhou East Station”
The room, the staff, the pool, the gym, everything was perfect. One of the best Hilton hotels I have ever stayed in. The only point that need to improve is the breakfast. It's not bad but compared to others (W, Hyatt ...) it's below standards, definitely not a 5 star hotel breakfast. Still this hotel is very good.

Good hotel overall but don’t trust the staff”
I booked a ‘King Accessible Delux’ room. When I checked in, the staff was trying to convince me to upgrade as ‘the layout of my room is different’ because the room is for disable patrons. She was saying how I might not like the room and implied I booked the wrong type of room for the discount online and kept suggesting me to upgrade and pay for price difference. To cut it short (as I was getting nowhere when I asked her the difference between the accessible room and a standard room), I asked her, what features have been taken away from a standard room, she replied ‘the room is nothing less than a standard room, but it has added features like the handles (x2) and chair (x1) for disable patrons. I feel like she was wasting my time and trying to deceive me to upgrade. She didn’t even tell me the check out time after her unsuccessful upsell (which is basic check in procedure). Other staff was not too helpful as some cannot speak Cantonese or English, and one told me she was busy...
