- All guests to carry government approved photo ID (Aadhar or Passport or Driving license) - Security Deposit of INR 5000 to be paid at villa in cash which shall be refunded at the time of checkout subject to any damage made. - Few Villas of Red Stone has a deposit of INR 10000/-, contact the sales representative for more information on this. - Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited at the property. - Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local police - If any rules are broken, guests will be politely asked to leave - Consuming food or alcohol in the pool is prohibited - Pets are allowed at Montila, Horizon,Villa 30 & Vineyard Villa of Red Stone. - CCTV cameras have been installed in certain common areas of the property for security reasons - Cooking snacks/tea/coffee will be permitted (ingredients for the same will not be provided) - Guests cannot invite other guests during their stay - Bachelor's and Stag Parties are prohibited - Late night parties and loud music beyond 9.00 pm is prohibited - The pool does not have a lifeguard, so children must be accompanied by adults in the pool area and also on the terrace at all times - We will not be responsible for any accidents/mishaps / injuries during the stay - Adequate measures are being taken to prevent COVID-19 but we also request our guests to take all the necessary precautions - Guests to take care of their valuables. No responsibility for any theft, loss or damage at any time Timings: Check-in Time: 13:00 hours Checkout Time: 11:00 hours We request you to leave the villa premises as per the checkout time so that we can serve the next guests on time. Early check-in & late checkout is subject to availability. Caretaker will be available at guest’s service from 7:00 hrs to 23:00 hours. However on request can be extended when in need. Meal timings: Breakfast: 8:30 am -10:30 am Lunch: 13:30 hrs – 15:00 hrs Hi Tea: 17:00 – 18:00 hrs BBQ & Dinner – 20:00 hrs – 22:00 hrs Dining: 1) In case you want any meals at the villa, we request you to please provide us with your choice of menu and food items two days prior to your check-in date so that we can procure the time and to avoid any delay in serving meals to you. 2) Food will only be served in the dining area. 3) Food will not be served in the rooms for hygiene purposes. 4) Guest can access the kitchen for making light snacks for them like tea/coffee, bread items etc. the charges for the raw materials can be paid directly to the caretaker. 5) We do not allow guest to cook full fledge meals at the kitchen, for that we have our cook in place. Swimming Pool: 1) Pool timings: 6:00 am to 22:00 hrs. 2) Please wear appropriate swim wear in the pool. 3) Do not urinate in the pool to maintain hygiene for all. 4) Diving and eating and drinking strictly not allowed inside the pool. 5) No pets allowed inside the pool. Pets Rules: 1) Pets are strictly not allowed on any of the sofas or on the beds 2) Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool 3) Additional security deposit of INR 5000 will be taken by the caretaker which is refunded at the time of checkout
