"We stayed for a day in the hotel. Good location just near the airport . Good room facilities . Surprise was a complementary wine . They arranged a cab for airport transfer which was paid for us since we had made the booking from a site different from the hotel’s. ( of you book from the hotel’s site ots free I think ). They even packed a breakfast consisting of sandwiches and fruit for us on request . Only thing I missed was a hair dryer . Everything else was superb . "

"I was pleasantly surprised by the complementary alcohol gift set. Nice staff. I usually spend around 400 rupees for budget guesthouses in India, but as I was flying into Goa late at nite, I had no choice and the cab fare was just 150 rupees. But that was intentional cuz I knew I wouldnt have to shell out to go where most tourists all end up, and thats costly by taxipublic . Made it to Palolem for 76 ruppes by 2 buses after leaving. ENjoyed the pool and cable TV. By international standards, its a far cry from a real 3 star hotel, but within the India context I'll give them that and loved the 3 nights I stayed there. "

They upgraded the room to executive from deluxe room.. as complimentary... without any additional cost. The room was clean and big. The hotel management was also responsive and supportive. The food of it's own restaurant was bit costly but was tasty. Location was ok, but full marks to hotel."
