This beautiful villa is located in Siolim, close to the famous towns & beaches of Anjuna & Morjim. Our villa can accommodate 4 guests, it is a perfect place for a family& friends : it has a fully functional kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms with attached Bathrooms, powder room in living area, attached garden with private plunge pool. This villa is a part of a gated community and has 24/7 security.

LOCATION
The villa is in the very popular locality of Siolim - 15 to 20 min from all the famous restaurants of Anjuna and Assagao (Mojigao, Coco's Kitchen, Thalassa, Olives, Burger Factory, Sublime, Kiki, Colina etc.). It is ~30min away from the popular beaches (Vagator, Anjuna, Morjim, etc.)

AMENITIES
The villa has 2 beds and 1 floor mattress where 5 guest can comfortably sleep.
It includes,
- WIFI available in all the rooms.
- A fully functional kitchen where you can prepare your meal: it has all the appliances like the hob, microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, and pans. The kitchen also has a washing machine in case you need to do laundry.
- A living room with a dining table & a full size sofa.
- 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, they have comfortable double size beds with luxurious linen and a large closet for storage of your luggage and clothes. The bathrooms have towels & toiletries.
- An inverter which will power the fans, WIFI, basic lights and 2 charging points in case of a power outage.

HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES

Housekeeping includes cleaning of the apartment once a day between 10 am to 6 pm. Towels and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of every 3 nights.
The buggy (Golf Cart) services are available only from 10:30 am till 7:30 pm.

GROCERIES - we will share with you a contact for delivery at site - they charge a minimal fee for delivery. Alternatively, Swiggy Instamart works perfectly and they deliver your groceries right at your doorstep, Also there are a few convenient liquor stores nearby within 5-10 min near the property.

FREE PARKING is available at the entrance of the property. On first come first serve basis.

MEALS – We can provide you the phone number of a cook on call (she charges on cost for the ingredient and adds a preparation fee, she is very reasonable). Else, Swiggy delivers to the building.

LATE CHECK-OUT & EARLY CHECK-IN is chargeable and will depend on availability of the apartment at that time. Message us 1 day in advance and we will be able to tell you whether it is possible or not.
