Hotel on private island that's mean you better prepare for pay extra money for food and drink (expensive villa room big size nice seaview. Air con work good and pressure shower awesome. Bed super comfortable.. The negative side for us we through we pay for Novotel should be good service of breakfast but not also look like not enough staff we can see staff work long hour so managent of service super confusing. Alway forgot or missing out what we requested. Dinner at beach of hotel prive quite expensive and we wait for almost 2 hours on the frist night but second did organise with them really well so work well. Recommend to at least have drink water service at reception at least people can fill up drink for sit and enjoy view .last day we have to wait for thier speed boat for 2 hours after chk out they put almost the guest at reception so crowded and ask for just water rather siad no.maybe just my way of through just be kind to guest a bit (not cheap to stay here)but still have to put up with unprofessional service .people's come for holiday paid for this much money should be happy and enjoy the holidays because guest deserve it. The location is honestly a big downside. Every time we wanted to go into the town for some good food, it was a long, tiring ride — especially during midday under the scorching sun. On the bright side, the hotel has its own pier right in front, so boats can drop you off directly, which is very convenient. The staff at the reception were polite and sweet, and the team welcoming guests at the lobby remembered our faces and were attentive. However, the room service department was very disappointing. Our room was not cleaned at all during the stay, so after coming back from a tiring day out, we still found the room messy. In one room there were no water bottles at all, and even after asking, nothing was delivered. In another case, we requested drinking water after returning, but despite complaining earlier in the morning, nothing was sent up. Some rooms even missed basic items like towels in the bathroom. Overall, housekeeping service was really poor. On the plus side, the coffee here is good. As for squid fishing at night — we didn’t catch a single one.

Good value for money. Pros: Big sea view room, comfortable bed and pillows. Great service from staff, i.e., Muay from reception. Nice facilities like pool, gym, free shuttle service to and from the pier. Cons: The beach is not a walkable or swimmable one. And, the location is very isolated. So, I rented a motorcycle from the hotel to go around. (500Bht/24hrs) But please bear in mind, there are lots of hills and mountains. Therefore, a taxi option may work better for you. Overall, I will be happy to stay again.
The accommodation is private, far from the community, and very quiet. There is a fitness room and swimming pool. Massage services are available according to the hotel schedule. If you want to go into the community area, the hotel can call a private van for a fee of 300 baht. If you're going a bit further, there may be extra charges. You can park at the hotel before crossing the island; there is a hotel van that takes you to the pier and back from the pier to the hotel. In the room, the bed is soft and comfortable, but not very clean. There is dust behind the shelves, and you might encounter various creatures in the room since it's on an island, such as ants, spiders, and geckos. If you leave snacks out for a moment, ants will show up. The bathroom has quite an unpleasant smell. The staff are lovely, take good care, provide good recommendations, and are very helpful.

Nice atmosphere at this hotel.private and own pier speed boat 15mins 600baht return.slow check in.staff really nice friendly and helpful. Room big size good sea view clean good pressure of shower.big swimming pool with fantastic seaview breakfast not much variety as expecting Novotel standard could do it better. The negative side was when we have dinner we wait almost 2and half hour on long weekend also the staff make mistake missing our order the disappointed was we did ask to chk every half an hour shouldn't be mistaken at alls.Anyway we got offer to not pay for the meal what we missing.still not good enough for Novotel for price we pay half of our grop miss out for dinner we should have a good time coz we did pay for good price of money. The hotel away from the shop you have to rent motel bike or Skylab car which cost you more money same with 7-11
