Revised Review & Formal Complaint Title: Absolute Nightmare – Avoid This Unhygienic and Unprofessional Hotel at All Costs! I rarely write negative reviews, but our stay at FabHotel Dewa (Near Dabolim International Airport) in Goa was an absolute disaster from start to finish. We booked a Deluxe Room expecting a relaxing vacation, but the property felt like a severe health and safety hazard. Furthermore, the environment felt entirely unsafe and inappropriate due to highly questionable activities allowed on the premises. 1. Severe Room Deficiencies (***) Unsanitary Conditions: Upon entering, we were hit with a overpowering smell of dampness and mold. Filthy Linens: The bedsheets had visible, disturbing stains, and there was a large hole torn into the mattress. Broken Facilities: The air conditioning was completely broken, turning the room into a sauna. Pest & Safety Hazards: We discovered cockroaches in the bathroom and a dangerously broken glass window. 2. Misleading Amenities & Poor Cleanliness Neglected Pool: The swimming pool—which looks pristine in online photos—was green, murky, and clearly untreated. Littered Common Areas: The hallways and shared spaces were littered with trash. No Connectivity: The advertised Wi-Fi did not function at all during our entire stay. 3. Hostile Service & Management Dismissive Staff: When we brought these critical issues to the front desk, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Insulting Behavior: The male receptionist refused to change our room or offer a refund. He dismissively mocked us, falsely claiming we "only paid INR 500." The photos online appear to be heavily edited or AI-generated; they bear zero resemblance to the actual, rundown property.
