i have visited tirupati bala jee, for that i choose this hotel for my stay. i stayed with my family. the hotel was good & we shared a triple sharing room. breakfast was good. best part was cleanliness. i would like to suggest others also to stay at this hotel while going to bala jee temple.

Really bad customer service and there was not facilities to point out. Air con did not work, there was no hot water, no toiletries. There was no towel in my room, i called them around 3 to 4 times to get a towel.

Without doubt one of the best hotels I stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly. Food was great, well cooked, very tasty and above all well presented. The staff were very attentive and service overall is up to the highest degree.. Restaurant supervisors and manager in charge deserves a special thanks.
