I love this hotel not only because of the location or cleanliness or staff behavior. Best part is their food quality especially the local cuisine. Yes there is some areas where improvement can be done especially the room floors but over all no issue. Rates of rooms sometimes goes very high.

Horrible experience. Useless hotel. Very bad location (far from the city centre). Front desk staff behaviour is very rude and impolite. Especially Mr Kashi Nath Mohanty and Mr Ajay Patra behaved badly with us. Inspite of confirmation from Agoda, they told us that our booking is not valid and that we may have to pay extra money. The room was ready on time with all services very punctual. The food was also very nice had it been veg or non veg. The staff was also very co-operative even if they had to extra labour for us. The best part would be the pool and poolside. The mango tree beside added up the maximum charm of staying at the hotel. Overall it was my one of the best stays in Puri.
