Great Locations with clean apartment”
Crown Imperial Court Apartment was in the middle of Brinchang town. Walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, and most importantly Pasar Malam. You could always walk back to the apartment once it started raining. :) We rented two apartments, both are in good conditions, spacious, clean, and modern. We like them a lot. Would definately come back to this apartment for our next visit which would not be too long from now.

Great location with little flying companion"”
Crown Imperial Court Apartment is strategically located along the Brinchang night market hence making it one of the ideal location to put up during our recent holiday in Cameron. However, as there was no air-con facility, we had to leave our windows open and to our dismay, this actually invited a lots of flying companions (moths, fly etc) into the apartment, hence my wife and kids were scared of them and dare not walk around the apartment, restricting themselves to only the room. Toilet flush is also not working properly.

Clean Rooms and Complete Living Space”
We had a good stay at the apartment. The rooms are tidy and clean. From the looks of it, the bed sheets are washed before our arrival. Toilets are small but clean! Which is a good thing. The main benefit for this apartment is it is very close to the weekly night market held at Brinchang. You can pack your food from the night market and bring it up to the unit for your enjoyment. Kitchen utensils are complete but have oily feeling even after it was washed. Washing sponge requires changing as it has been very used. However, at least they have the utensils required for your own steamboat. Stove area and the mop was not used because it quite dirty. One limitation of this place is the parking. There was a parking labeled with our unit number but we were told not to park there by some random stranger. As we traveled in 2 cars, it was very confusing to find a place we could park. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Value to the Price”
I will say it is a good value to the price. this is a new apartment with basement car park and easy to park the car. The best selling point is the location of the apartment just at the Brincang main road side and beside of night market which is among the best attraction point of Cameroon Highland during weekend. You can just walk and reach night market in 1 minutes from the apartment. Will definitely introduce to all my friends and family.

Comfortable & Affordable”
We were stay 2 days 1 night in cameron highland, overall is ok, but its is complicated & troublesome during our check in. because there don't have reception counter, since agoda didn't provide any contact in voucher, so we have to call agoda to ask the contact person.

Great stay if the water heater functions”
Normally when I write a review I start with positive things, but with this one i will start with negative ones since the same remarks where highlighted from previous reviewer with no improvement. When I entered the apartment, i found the bed sheets are not clean and the water pipe in master bedroom toilet is leaking. I immediately informed the talent and she has sent technician where simply close the main water valve and said to me see now its not leaking and then i asked him how to use the toilet with the valve closed and he left the apartment and till now its leaking. The second, bed sheets are not clean and as I’m travelling always with my own towels and bed sheets it wasn’t big issue to me. Third thing, nobody was there to show us the apartment, we had to find out our way as the talent only sms the apartment number and informed us that the key is inside. Fourth , as the water heat wasn’t functioning probably we had to us the gas cooker to warm the water. Positive, center of Brinchang near to masjid, night market and within walking distance to strawberry farm. The kitchen is provided with all staff for light cook.

great location with just 10 min walk to pasar malam but horrible car park (too steep ,only one car park per unit) and lift lobby. unit was well cleaned but the shower was too forceful and painful. overall, it is a nice stay in this apartment though there is no wifi coverage.

there is a great location,no matter going to market or dinner is very convenient.car park is not enough for us,but is not a big problems.all the utensil are complete :) only the refrigerator is not clean,still have the smell of the shrimp. the light of the living room are not enough bright. overall,we enjoy our trip and will be back again.hope there is still clean when i go next time

Great location for shopping”
this apartment is very suitable for big family vacation because its size and location. however, the management need to look into parking problems amongst the guests. sometimes, our car need to be parked outside of the apartment compound when the car park area was full. then, it is suggested one counter for registration during check in and check out is provided. this is due to a bad experienced we have to face when arrived there. no one can be contacted to locate our apartment. we have to wait about 1 1/2 hour before can check in. luckily there was one guy from agoda who incharge other guests booking help us to settle our problem.

Not suitable for cold or rain seasons”
Visited during very cold weather, one shower heater was not working another, the water is not even warm though it is at its max. Not recommended for rainy seasons or cold seasons as the house is as cold as outside and the water is freezing and hurting. Though the floor is clean the furnitures are dusty Parking is an issue, best call the owner/agent to arrange before arrival Good location 10minute walk to Big Red Strawberry Farm and Cactus View 5 minute walk to steamboats, nearby night market, 7/11, nasi kandar, and dim sum breakfast despite the slope of climbing back up to the apartment.

Great location”
This hotel is very nice, however, the contact point was not made available upon booking. I have to call Agoda customer care to get the owner/contact person info of this apartment. Beside, there is no cable tv, limited to 2 channels which is using 'V' antenna. Suitable if really want to rest without watching tv. The rest, I'm satisfied.

Water Heater not function”
The weather is cold espescially at night and early morning. The water heater is not functioning. Problem when to take bath bcoz the water supply is very cold. One more thing, is better if the apartment equip with heater coz inside the room also was cold.

Great Location but problem with parking lot”
we went there on the second day of chinese new year for 2 nights with 2 sedan cars and found parking problem when arrived. first reason is due to peak season. second, each room only allocate for 1 car parking lot. therefore, we had to park our car outside the apartment area. we stay at 11 floor appartment facing mountain, air very fresh and cool. overall condition of the room is ok. however, we were facing water cut off for 2 times during our stay.

I was disappointed with the arrangement, I had booked at crown imperial court and also made the payment before go but when I arrived the agent told me no room for me. too bad. After 15 min the agent find another room for me but it's quite far from my expected and no parking need to walk very far.

below expectation,needs lots of repairing&cleaning”
Very limited car park. Although it is quite near to shop lots, restaurant, & night market, which actually within walking distance, it's too tough for elderly & kids to walk from the apartment to those places as the apartment is located up on a hill with a very steep slope. Water heater not functioning well. The lock of grill gate needs to be replaced (took 10min to lock/unlock).

Great location but bad services”
is a good location for lunch and dinner, but very bad services. The rooms was very dirty, smelly, and short power supply. There just have 1 power for boiling water and the Environment very dirty. All things in kitchen did very dirty also. Very hard to have steamboat at apartment.

Water shortage ”
The location of the apartment is awesome. But during that day when we stayed there, there is water shortage and it really gave us a lot of problem. We paid for everything but we didnt havr the water supply to clean ourselves. And we have insufficient water to prepare our meals. I really feel that you all have to help in this problem and when i called the management, they want me to contact the owner. This make me feel that they are trying to escape from the responsible and indirectly ask us(their customer) to solve the problem themselves. I really hope that they can kindly offer help in future if this happen again
