Superb accommodation”

- Spacious accommodation, with 6 rooms and 8 bathrooms - All rooms have attached bathroom, thus it's like your own hotel room - The accommodation has a simple but very nice furnishings - The area is gated and guarded, thus we felt super secured and safe - The accommodation is super clean when we checked in - Location is in Tanah Rata's town, thus super convenient to go to town - It's definitely worth the money to stay here for big travel group

一次非常糟糕的体验，very bad experience”

我们是家族游，一行十二人。我们在观光后打算check in，结果call 了管家半个小时没接电话，我唯有call 屋主，结果还是没人接听，再联络管家终于接听并安排入住，管家态度糟糕，不亲切之余还甩脸色。 屋子很好很大，但清洁度有待提升，脚踩在地上是粘脚的，桌上都是水迹，只有楼上的睡房干净度尚可。厨房用具不足，只是备有非常简单的设备。 以上都是其次，所谓没有最糟糕只有更糟糕就是这次的体会。 我们晚餐后，开始准备洗澡，民宿的热水器是boiler(就是一个heater提供整家热水），结果没有热水。重要的事要说三遍，没有热水！没有热水！没有热水！赶紧联络管家，他的回答更妙：哦，热水有时会有，有时没有。意思是他们知道热水器有问题了但不打算修理，入住的游客就看你的运气好不好咯！！！hello，我们是在金马伦，晚上的气温是十多度，竟然没有热水提供？最后，我们一行十二人有老有少，用大锅煲热水抹身。 第二天我们因为行程要早check out，约9.30am联络管家告诉他我们十分钟后check out。可能被吵醒吧，我们再次被甩脸色 而最后屋主到我们第二天check out 了都没有回电或一个whatapp询问。 如果你不介意屋子的干净度，不介意被甩脸色，更想挑战在十多度的天气下用冰水洗澡，你可以入住了。
